射流在高速前進(jìn)過程中,在分散器內(nèi)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的作用下,具有較高的角速度,使射流具有較強(qiáng)的穿透力,使微小氣泡在水中氣浮行程遠(yuǎn),增強(qiáng)攪拌、推流與增氧能力。
本設(shè)備能使泥水與空氣在射流器內(nèi)產(chǎn)生較高的負(fù)壓和強(qiáng)烈的紊動(dòng)、攪拌、剪切,促使液膜與氣膜高頻振蕩,負(fù)氣泡直徑大幅度減小,氣浮數(shù)量增多,增大氣泡的比表面積,同時(shí)也負(fù)氣液膜變薄,能極大地降低傳質(zhì)阻力,使氧分子更好地從氣相轉(zhuǎn)移到液相。
運(yùn)行時(shí),水泵葉輪在潛水電機(jī)帶動(dòng)下高速旋轉(zhuǎn),將泥水混合物推入射流器形成射流,在射流附近產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓區(qū),將空氣通過吸氣管吸入射流噴嘴負(fù)壓區(qū),在射流器的喉管內(nèi)進(jìn)行氣、水、泥充分混合,又通過射流器的擴(kuò)散管將射流的動(dòng)能逐步轉(zhuǎn)變成壓能后進(jìn)入散流器。在散流器內(nèi),氣、水、泥混合物進(jìn)一步混合,迫負(fù)氣體繼承剪切、破碎摧毀并氣浮,絕大部門氧充分溶解于水中。同時(shí),在射流流體壓力的作用下,射流攜帶氧分子和微小氣泡,從散流器的噴嘴中傾斜向下噴出、擴(kuò)散,形成對(duì)水體和對(duì)生化池底部污泥沖擊、攪拌后,由池底緩緩上升至水面,微氣泡在水中停留時(shí)間一般長達(dá)30秒以上,使空氣中的氧充分被溶解和吸收,進(jìn)步了氧轉(zhuǎn)移效率和充氧能力。
潛水射流曝氣機(jī)由潛水泵、射流器、散流器、吸氣管和軟管五部門組成,如下圖所示。在傳統(tǒng)射流機(jī)理基礎(chǔ)上融合了提高前輩的散流技術(shù),采用射流曝氣方式。
